About the decorator...
Growing up with a grandmother who made her living as a professional cake
decorator was the single, biggest, influence in my love of cake artistry. This art has
been an intrinsic part of my life for over 25 years, ever since I helped Nana put the
final touches on my own wedding cake. Making cakes for family , friends, and
customers soon mushroomed into a whole different realm. After numerous classes
and self-study, I broadened my horizons once again and ventured into the world
of teaching cake decorating. As an instructor and professional, I love experiencing
